Two-wheeler maker Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has launched the Jawa 42 Bobber Bike (Black Mirror Edition). This is the top end variant in the factory-custom line-up of Jawa Bobber models. Means the bike can be customized according to the buyer’s factory.

This includes Bobber Jasper Red Dual Tone, Moonstone White and Mystic Copper color options. Apart from cosmetic updates, Jawa has made minor changes in the performance of the bike and it has been given dual-tone alloy wheels with black and silver finish. Tubeless tires are available in these. The gear and engine cover have also been redesigned.
Jawa 42 Bobber Price
The company has priced the Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror at Rs 2,25,187 (Delhi, ex-showroom). Booking of the bike has started, it will be delivered soon. The bike will compete with the recently launched Royal Enfield Bullet 350 in the Indian market.
Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror Performance
Apart from cosmetic changes, the company has refined and retuned the engine in the Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror. It has a 334 CC liquid-cooled, single-cylinder petrol engine, which generates 29.4 hp power and 32.7 nm torque.
For transmission, the engine is tuned with a 6-speed gearbox. It also features slip and assist clutch. For better power, Jawa has reduced the lowest RPM in 42 Bobber Black Mirror from 1500 to 1,350. At the same time, the size of the throttle body has been increased from 33 mm to 38 mm.
Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror Design
The most attractive fuel tank look on the Jawa 42 Bobber Bike is the black mirror designed silver chrome with blacked-out graphics. Its capacity is 12.5 liters. Knee grips have been given on both its sides. Apart from this, all the components in the bike are seen in piano black and matte black color.
Laser-etched on the transmission cover and Bobber 42 branding on the panel cover. The dual exhaust pipes are finished in matte black colour. The Bobber also gets a pair of bar-end mirrors and gets a single leather saddle-type seat. The VAT of the bike is 185 kg.
Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror Braking and Suspension
To improve the ride quality, the company has given mono shock absorber in the rear suspension and telescope forks in the front of the bike. For braking, it has disc brakes on both wheels along with dual channel ABS.
